I'm a dietitian/nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and Intuitive Eating Counselor, currently working toward my certification in Feminine Embodiment Coaching. I provide online nutrition therapy and self-care coaching throughout the United States.

I partner with clients after divorce or uncoupling to help them find their footing around one of the most difficult parts of adulthood- feeding and caring for ourselves and our families every day.

Together, we rediscover optimal well-being, food peace, and efficient meal planning systems.
We also work to reconnect with the powerful essence within you (your natural divine nature) to promote healing and self-compassionate through attunement and self-care.

Divorce can create shame around food and disrupt the body connection. As a skilled nutrition therapist and body image coach, I support clients in ending restriction, binge eating, or excessive emotional eating while learning to appreciate their unique container- the body.

In a warm, collaborative 8- step process and a brave space, we uncover and resolve any unhelpful beliefs around food and body, work through and problem solve any logistical barriers to self-care, and help you regain your body wisdom and intuition around eating and caring for yourself.

We work together to bring you back to your own sense of body and soul wisdom and help uncover any emotional or psychological drivers of unwanted eating behaviors or barriers to aligning with your values, gently developing sustainable health behaviors through a weight-neutral, non-diet framework that values food joy and satisfaction.

Signing Up and Services
The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with Joanna.
​
We'll walk through your concerns and see if we are a good fit to collaborate to meet your needs.
​
Then, initial paperwork is then sent and completed through a secure client portal.
​
Initial sessions are 60-minutes, and follow- up sessions are 45 minutes. Everything is easy to schedule and conveniently done via video chat through a HIPAA-secured platform.
​
After sessions, resources and action items are shared after each session via email.
​
Payment is done automatically after each session via the secured platform.
